The NPAC installed more than two dozen pieces of equipment for cardiovascular training.
These include treadmills, elliptical machines, stationary bikes, and a rowing machine..

The NPAC Weight Room has two NEW PowerRacks for use as well as a new dual cable crossover machine.
It also offers the traditional weight benches, dumbbells, and plate loaded machines for other weight lifiting exercises..

NPAC Dance Room:.
The NPAC Dance Room features a flat screen TV with a DVD player and Spin Bikes for an assortment of exercise opportunities.
There are also workout DVDs available at the NPAC Front Desk to enhance the workout experience.

The NPAC had a new track surface installed in the Summer of 2012.
It features a 6-lane oval track, 8-lane straightaway, 1 textured court and 2 smooth surface courts for a variety of activities and fitness opportunities.
