Full-time, I do energy efficiency research for the government and utility companies.
But, like any regular girl, I flipping love chocolate.
And cheesecake.
And all things containing the words sugar, cookie, or cake.
So naturally, I spend a lot of my free time baking.
The problem with baking as a hobby is, I don't also enjoy exercising! So please, won't you buy some cupcakes?!?.
