Yacht Restoration Scott Dagley, owner of Dagley's Boatworks, is a fourth generation boat builder and a graduate of the boatbuilding training course at the Nova Scotia Community College/LRVS (Class of '84.) In 1993 he opened Dagley's Boats, Petite Riviere after nine years as a boat builder at Covey Island Boatworks.
Scott has gained a reputation for quality work completed on schedule.
His philosophy, "I work on every boat as if were mine", has led to testimonials such as, "Scott built my boat better than new!".
As a builder, he has repaired kayaks that have competing in the Worlds, one of which would go on to win a medal.
In 2000, Scott became the first boat builder in Canada to produce wooden "baby" dragon boats and the first builder east of Ontario to build dragon boats of any size..
