Detailed description is Fresh, gluten-free baked goods! I am certified by the NC Dept.
of Agriculture to bake and sell from my home to and to local shops.
Here at DABG, I aim to use only the best products for my baked goods.
Most of the vegan options are made with the all-good, naturally GMO-free Coconut oil, for instance.
If I use other oil, its normally with a blend of safflower or olive, canola, and soy, instead of straight canola or corn oil; unsalted butter instead of margerine; and I NEVER use the ever-polluting non-stick spray.
I use mostly all Bob's Red Mill products which strive to be GMO-free as well, with their brown rice flour as the base to most of my products.
Most of my recipe ideas are internet-derived and thus transformed into a gluten-free treat that you and I can enjoy! It should be known that whereas my baked goods are sweetened with morena sugar (a lesser refined sugar than traditional table white), I tend to use sometimes as little as HALF as much as the recipe calls for.
