Manager and ADS for Coldwell Banker King Thompson at Polaris.
I recruit, train, and develop agents and am a Realtor for Central Ohio.

As the Agent Development Specialist my job is to educate agents in the business of real estate.
Through a series of structured educational programs I teach agents how to prospect, develop their sphere of influence, write well thought out (and compliant) contracts, negotiate better, overcome objections, hold successful open houses, effectively utilize social media, develop a business plan, the ins and outs of our local MLS system, and show homes.
This simply doesn't cover what I do to develop agents! Our initial training programs will take new agents through approximately 16 weeks of training - most of it is 1:1 or in very small groups.
