Կազմակերպությունըև կազմավորվել է ակտիվ հասարակական դիրքորոշում ունեցող երիտասարդ մասնագետների (սոցիոլոգներ, քաղաքագետներ, լրագրողներ և այլն) ջանքերով: Անցած տարիների ընթացքում իրականացրել է շահերի պաշտպանություն, ընտրությունների դիտարկում, հետազոտություններ, հրատարակչական աշխատանք, այլն նախագծեր:.
