Elliot was setup up Mother and Daughter team Kat and Angel .They along with their Family and close friends work to rehome the unwanted, the neglected, homeless and sick dogs/cats/kittens/puppies/reptiles/birds and small mammals in the Kentucky area..
Elliot is a 501 (c) (3) tax-exempt nonprofit organization dedicated to helping animals.
We are all volunteers who do not take a salary and never well.
We are funded completely by having fundraisers and by donations (which are tax deductible).
