From the beginning, our goal has been to provide our customers with only the best in baked goods—best in quality, flavor, freshness, and design.
We still used our family’s original formulas for our signature items thumbprint cookies, almond-flavored white cake, chocolate chip cookie cakes, cheese straws, coconut macaroons, chocolate cake, danish, cream cheese icing, and buttercream icing.

We started in the Northgate Mall in 1974 and have been in our current Hixson location since 1994..
