Detailed description is What do two US Navy Nuke Mechanics do during their down time? If you're Corbyn and Josh, you eat, drink, and perfect all things BBQ and now WE CATER!.

Fire and Knife BBQ started by accident.
Seriously, it was not intentional.
You see, Corbyn and Josh started grinding sausage as a hobby and the folks back at their work said, "Bring us more." Then they began curing their own bacon and slow-smoking it before slicing it thick and we could barely keep any for ourselves before it was sold off.

With time (say, a few weeks or so) the guys started sharing their slow-smoked Texas Style Beef Brisket and Pulled Pork with friends and coworkers.
This lead to our first, official BBQ Cook where we broke in our huge Pig Smoker and we sold out in a matter of a couple hours.

It seemed we were on to something and going "legit" and starting a real, grown-up business was the only way to go.
.
We got certified as Kansas City Barbeque Society judges and the guys took butchering and cooking classes.
Our BBQ sauces were cooked up and tested along with our family-recipe sides that compliment our Q.

Now, a mere 4 months later, we are happy and proud to announce that we WON the 2016 Saratoga's All-American Celebration Best Newcomer and Best OVERALL BBQ! .
We appreciate all the support from our family, friends, co-workers, and Church! Let the adventure BEGIN.

Slow-Smoked BBQ - Beef Brisket, Pulled Pork, Ribs, Chicken, Pork Loin, & Sausage..
We also sell gourmet, dry cured bacon, slow-smoked and thick sliced along with fresh-ground and seasoned sausages..

We do not have a physical restaurant location currently.
We CATER.
We can do everything from big and small, a backyard BBQ to large events.

(Birthdays, Anniversaries, Weddings, Church Picnics, Charity Events, Graduation Parties, Holiday Parties, Corporate Events, Family Reunions, etc).
We are active duty military, work rotating shift work and we get asked all the time, "How do you work full time on your schedule and run a BBQ business on the side?" The answer is: We love doing this and we really love doing this for people..

We firmly believe in this concept and do our absolute best to show this love with every bite we present..
Not to mention, like most military members, we have no idea what we want to be when we grow up.
So, we appreciate each and every opportunity to grow and learn as a business.
We both separate from the Navy within the next year, and unless we can get the kids into the Hollywood scene, we're gonna need jobs! Only time can tell if this becomes our full-time future, but we are excited to follow that American dream.
