Detailed description is Fit & Glo is a 24 hour tanning and fitness studio located in Canby MN.
We are staffed 3 days and also by appointment! Welcome to Fit & Glo on Facebook! We are committed to serving our members and providing a fun, safe environment is our priority! We are a 24hr tanning and fitness facility located in Canby MN.
Our facilities are under 24 hour monitored video surveillance so that we can remain a 24 hour business.
Each member is given pin-pad access so they can take advantage of the 24 hour benefit, and all tanning is fingerprint verification access.

**Note: Tanners are not able to tan more than one time in a 24 hour period for their safety.

We have a variety of fitness equipment; treadmills, ellipticals, weight machines, free weights, floor exercise equipment, and bikes.
All televisions are for your use as well as radio, cd player, and bluetooth capable devices..
**Note: No outside shoes are to be worn on the fitness equipment.
Only clean tennis shoes are allowed.
(if you do not have gym only shoes, please remove ALL debris from the bottom of your shoes before using equipment) This is because any debris caught in the bottoms of your shoes will break-down and ruin the equipment.

We have two options for tanning; (2)High Pressure Beds-12 minute max tan time, facial tanners, built in fans, and larger tanning surface..
(2) Low pressure Beds-20 minute max tan time.
All of our tanning beds are brand new, and have low bulb usage hours, so that you can get the most out of your sessions @ Fit & Glo..
Tanners are required to wear eye protection, and we do not allow outside lotions to be used unless approved by staff as safe for our tanning beds.
Lotion and eye protection are sold for your convenience! Ask a staff member about what lotion would best meet your needs :).

Please note that we highly recommend you wipe down your tanning bed before you tan, as well as afterwards.
Our staff fully disinfects each bed once a day..

We are committed to keeping low prices @ Fit & Glo for our members, and ask in return that you commit to helping us keep a clean environment by removing wet and/or muddy shoes in the "drop zone", using the trash cans located in the front entry, each tanning room, bathroom, and water zone, and wiping down equipment after use.
