Open to all ages and skill levels.
On Tuesday and Thursday cardio starts at 5:15 to 5:45 pm.
Our training class begins at 6pm and goes till 7pm Tuesday and Thursday.
Saturdays we will have classes from 1pm till 4 pm.
the Saturday classes are women's self defense, carido-kick boxing and Youn Wha Ryu training.
