Joe Garcia enlisted in the United States Marine Corps in 2006 after graduating from Worcester Vocational High School.
He then went on to graduate from Marine Corps Recruit Training on Parris Island, and shortly thereafter attended the School of Infantry where he trained to become an Infantry Rifleman.
Joe was stationed at Camp Lejeune, North Carolina with 1st Battalion 2nd Marines during his time in the service, deploying to Iraq and The Republic of Georgia.

Joe has worked for the Department of Correction and has also served as a Veterans’ Employment and Training Specialist for a non-profit organization.
