Hockey Sports Academy is a state of the art training facility consisting of a 40X80 synthetic rink, a one-of-a-kind 6X60 speed lane, 4-lane shooting gallery, hockey treadmill, 18X70 turf area for Plyometric training, and a video room where coaches/instructors can go over video to help teach.
