Detailed description is Lake Front Rentals, Acadia National Park, 3 Bedrooms Encompassing over 7.4 acres of woods and pasture with 825 feet of frontage on a 40 acre lake, Hodgdon Pond Farm is private but accessible.
Somesville, the center of Mount Desert Island, is only 4.8 miles away.
The inlet and outlet of Hodgdon Pond as well as the entire opposite shore are owned and protected by Acadia National Park.

We limit occupancy to 8 people per cottage, and charge $50.00 per person extra for groups over 7.
We do not accept pets or smoking in the cottages or on the property.
Your rental includes three hours of cleaning time; additional cleaning is $30.00 per hour..
