Detailed description is Culture, Wellnes, and Higher Education Center The Vision of Indigenous Circles United is to establish a module that will help remedy the issues of the under served population of Indigenous students, and especially low graduation rates among that population, through a chain of Special Mobile Learning Centers for Native American Students and their families.
Universal core curriculum, designed with an emphasis on Culture, Wellness, and Higher Education, with properly trained service providers that will assist in achieving excellence in self improvement, self healing and self growth..
