Franklin Miranda has been into fitness since the young age of 14.
Since 2005 he has been offering advice in personal training and nutrition.
In 2010 he became a Personal Trainer certified under American College of Sports Medicine.
Also in that same year he earned an Associates degree in Massage Therapy under New York college of Health Professions in Syosset, NY.
He has always and continues to be fascinated in Exercise Science.
Franklin currently trains 5 times a week in Cardio and strength training.
Within the last year he has looked for something more challenging and functional.
That's where his uncle Karl introduced him to his new Love and Passion.....
Krav Maga!!!! Since then he has grown an immense love for the Martial Art..
Krav Maga teaches a self defense used by the Israeli special forces.
He trains several days a week under the watchful eye of Master Ken Brayman.
His next goal is to become a Black belt in Krav Maga Street Defence under Master Ken Brayman.
Besides his regular training, he attends several seminars in weapons disarmament, Executive protection, self- defense, and "Reality" training,.
