How do I reserve a rental? Simply send us a message on this Facebook page ( preferred option) or at Jdjrentals@gmail.com with the following information.
Your Name, what you would like to rent, what date and your contact #.
We will respond back to you as soon as possible to confirm your rental request.
We will also send you the “Release of Liability” form to print out, sign and bring with you on the day of the rental..

How do I pickup/return my rental? That’s easy! We deliver the rental to you and pick it up from you on the main lake at the Galt House Dr.

We will deliver the rental between 7am-12pm and pickup between 5pm-6pm ( just let us know when you would like the drop off and pick up times to be in your reservation email).

How old do you have to be to rent? You must be 18 years old to sign the release of liability, or your legal guardian may sign for you.
Please be aware that when signing for your underage child, you are making the decision that your child is capable of going on the water by themselves.
No lifeguard is on duty on any of the lakes.
If you are bringing a group of children or teens under the age of 18, please plan ahead for a release of liability for parents to sign..

Do you allow pets on your rentals? No We do not allow pets in or on any of the rentals at this time..

Do you have life jackets? Yes, we have standard coast guard approved life jackets you may use if you choose.
They are the standard near shore “orange” Type II jackets that fit around the neck and strap around the chest.
Delivery of the kayak or paddle board will include a life jacket.
Life Jackets for the Chill Raft or the Party Island are upon request.
You can certainly always use your own life jackets as well..
