Detailed description is Community driven project to build Central Wisconsin's Largest All-Inclusive Playground Attraction to honor our son JoJo.
Eleven months after the adoption of our son Josiah "JoJo" Hoerter; our precious Miracle Boy died from complications related to MeCP2 Duplication Syndrome, a false signal from his brain had shut his digestive system down.
Our lives have not been the same without him.
We made a promise to him before he passed.
That promise was to build an all-inclusive playground, in memory of him, for all his friends to feel boundless and free.

Taking Josiah to playgrounds was a nightmare at best and sometimes, with his condition, life threatening.
We want parents who bring their children to this playground to feel free to RELAX and have FUN.
On our design team are developmental specialists from North Central Health Care’s Birth to Three helping us make the BEST and SAFEST playground for children, of any ability.
As we grieve the loss of our son, we realize he will not play at this playground; but his memory will be there in every aspect of the design.
We trust that he is now having the time of his life dancing and singing with Jesus.

Now here we are, JoJo’s Jungle is on its way to become a reality; right here, in Wausau Wisconsin.
