Currently, the park houses the only digital planetarium in eastern North Carolina as well as a scale model of the solar system.
Soon to come will be an observatory with a 16-inch cassegrain-schmidt telescope, but wait there's more! We also have plans to add a naked-eye observatory called a uranidrome, think "Stonehenge".
