Owner Mihael Catalin Anton "a.k.a.
Michael" is a former Olympic level gymnast, elite gymnastics/conditioning coach, former coach of 2012 London Olympic Gymnast, Diana Bulimar (Romanian Bronze Medal winning team member), former Cirque du Soleil artist, and current trainer of Ashley D Anton.
Mihael's (Michael's) athletic experiences, combined with education in coaching/sport science (specializing in gymnastics) have allowed him to develop superior spotting techniques, specific conditioning programs, and impeccable instruction techniques for acrobatics.Although many of his students may have the same goals or would like to learn the same skills; they are each approached as individuals and every aspect of their training is developed that way..

Owner, Ashley Del Monte Anton is the most highly awarded first year competitor in the history of Ms.
Fitness USA ; she currently holds the title of 2nd place Ms.
Fitness National & 3rd Place Ms.
Fitness International.
She has a background in competitive gymnastics and coaching gymnastics training many state champion medalists.
She studied to become an athletic trainer to further develop her knowledge of body mechanics,injury preventative/rehabilitative conditioning to be able to train athletes to their highest physical performance.

WHERE DID THE NAME "KRATOS" COME FROM?.

You may be wondering where we came up with the name "Kratos"...
We felt Kratos was the perfect name for our gym because in Ancient Greek Mythology, Kratos, was the god of STRENGTH, POWER, & MIGHT! He and his siblings, Nike (Victory), Bia (Force), Zelos (Rivalry) were the winged protectors of Zeus.
