Kunatah Gen2 is the name of the transition of Summer Camp Kunatah to Winter Camp Kunatah , it will be Kunatah's Second Generation of serving Scouts, Scouters and Chartering Partners of the Greater New York Councils, BSA..

We all know, remember and love Summer Camp Kunatah and now we will begin to morph these great assets hollow grounds and memories into the New Winter Camp Kunatah..

We embark knowing we need to raise $80,000.00 to fix the Kunatah Dining Hall, rehab and refurbish four Kunatah buildings to accommodate winter sleeping, stock the camp with cross country skis, sleds, ice fishing equipment, igloo building kits, snow shoes and maybe even snowmobiles..

Phase One in our journey is securing and repairing the Kunatah Dining Hall.
Starting with the extensive roof repairs needed then prepare that building for winter use including an indoor archery range, indoor shooting range, a place where winter recreation equipment can be distributed and a fellowship area for all to enjoy.

Phase Three to reinstate the infrastructure with electric power and water supply and waste.
