Built about 6 years ago, I converted a 20'x 32' metal building in my back yard into a haven for my band mates to practice in without disturbing the cows (or my one neighbor).
As it turns out, with a lot of acoustic treatments and as much sound proofing as I can afford, its turn out to be a nice little studio where a five piece band can pile in comfortably and record high quality tracks at extremely low prices.
