Hi, my name is Lori Ashley Scoggins.
I have a bachelor's degree in Finance from North Georgia College and State University (now University of North Georgia).
In 2010, my husband and I decided to foster-adopt our now son.
It was a life-changing experience.

Our son was four at the time, and he required three medical appointments each week where I needed to leave work early in order to make the appointments.
Thankfully, my boss was very accommodating; however, as the months passed, I felt like I never got to truly bond with my son.
Most women get to have maternity leave with their new baby.
When adopt an older child, you do not get that time.
So...long story short.
I quit my job after two years to become a stay-at-home mom.
My bond with my son strengthened and six years later, he is in the gifted program at school and we no longer have three doctor visits each week! In fact, our family has grown.
We now have two more children in our home for a total of three - ages 10 months, 4 years, and 10 years old.

I joined LulaRoe in December 2014.
I've been fortunate to have had fantastic bosses and amazing careers, but starting my own LulaRoe business was by far the best career decision I've ever made! I thank God daily that I found this amazing opportunity and have been blessed to continue to be a stay-at-home with my children but still maintain a successful career of my own.
