Something that takes you away from the everyday 'ho hum', Monday to Friday, 9-5, wash, rinse, repeat cycle.
Art is supposed to make you feel something.
In my case, I want to make you feel happy.
I want you to get that feeling of joy in your heart when you look at one of my art pieces - like you've discovered something fun and unique and a little bit outside the box! Otherwise I'm just not doing my job! ;).

I think every town should have a frog tunnel so frogs can pass safely without being smooshed by a car - regardless of the amount of frogs residing in the town...it's a cool idea..

I want to live to see the day that cars are no longer run by gas but something more eco-friendly and efficient...and not so costly either..

Once upon a time I was a regular girl trying to to attain a post secondary education in graphic design.
But then, the evil forces of anxiety appeared and said "NOT TODAY, LADY!".
And so I wandered this earth for many years, anxiety always at my heels, taunting me with thoughts of hopelessness and despair.
But one day there came a camo-clad prince who said "I'll save you, sweetie!", and so he did.
He whisked me away to a 2 bedroom apartment where I was free to start my dreams as an artist, creating a world of whimsy, and happiness, and beautiful bright, brilliant colours!.
As for anxiety, it stuck around....but now it wears shackles wherever it goes, a lot of days it just lives in it's cave, and when it tries to make an appearance I now get to say "NOT TODAY, ANXIETY!" ;).
