Malibou Lake was established in the mid 1920's and has become a timeless location for weddings ever since.
In the heart of the Agoura Hills mountains lies a tranquil lake lined with trees and twinkle lights and ready to be a backdrop to your perfect wedding! Malibou Lake is one of the few places in LA that is still relatively undiscovered.

In the winter the clubhouse offers protection from the elements and a lovely haven that is warm and cozy complete with wood burning fire place.
The lovely ballroom comes with chandeliers and two walls of paned windows allowing all the natural light to flood the ballroom.
The neutral walls and flooring will never clash with any of your wedding colors allowing you to decorate and make it reflect your own style.
At night the venue truly sparkles as all the surrounding trees of the large lawn light up with twinkle lights! Outside is a spacious veranda that is surrounded with clear plastic curtains for those cold days, which serve to enclose the space and make it comfortable to relax in with warm heaters around the bar area..

In the Spring the flowers and roses begin to bloom and the trees become green and the birds come in to sing over your ceremony area.
The large lawn just to the left of the clubhouse is large enough to hold a 200 person wedding and a 200 person dinner all in the same space.
The ceremony has a lovely lake backdrop and there's plenty of shade for your guests to enjoy the evening breeze.
The lovely and well maintained grounds make for beautiful wedding photos and a memorable experiences for your guests.
The cocktail hour allows your guests to enjoy the warmth of the outdoors while enjoying live acoustic music.
They then are invited into the ballroom where the lovely spring flowers are brought in for centerpieces and the DJ begins to play your favorite tune for the grand entrance and first dance!.

While the LA heat can be warm- there is usually a nice afternoon breeze that is carried in through the canyons.
Your guests will sit under one of the large trees during your ceremony providing them all the shade needed while you exchange your "I Do's".
Once inside the room they will be greeted by the nice air conditioning and soft lighting in the ballroom- a welcome break from the heat.

Your guest might enjoy an extra long cocktail hour this time of year just to take in all the lovely scenery.
The room will be heated to a comfortable temperature and if it happens to get chilly we'll light the fireplace for you.
We'll have a nice coffee bar set up for you and your guests with a nice array of cinammon sticks, and chocolate chips, and a nice blend of teas to remove some of the Autumn chill.

No tent is ever needed as the room is comfortable for any occasion! .

The room holds up to 150 to 175- depending on the size of the dance floor.
The outside can hold up to 250 for dinner.
Just remember only acoustic music is allowed outside - but the DJ can make it a fun "club" like atmosphere inside the ballroom for all your dancing!.
