Detailed description is The overall objective of our Fitness and Sports Center program is to maintain the highest customer satisfaction and to promote quality facilities, programs and most importantly assist individuals in maintaining physical fitness levels.
The Maxwell & Gunter Fitness Centers are completely free and available for all Active, Reserve, Dependents, retirees, DOD Civilians, DOD Contractors with a valid ID.

Guest Policy: There are no guests between the hours of 1000-1300 and 1600-1900 Monday- Friday.
All other times, one guest may be signed by a sponsor.
Sponsors must be at least 18yrs old.
Guests must stay with the sponsor at all times.

We have basketball, volleyball, racquetball and wallyball courts, a boxing room, group exercise room, both mens' and ladies' daily use locker rooms with sauna and steam room located in each, numerous cardiovascular equipment with television entertainment systems to include recumbent and upright bikes, treadmills, step mill, rowers, cross trainers and spin bikes.
We also have a large weight equipment area and STRIVE selectorized weight equipment.
