RESERVATIONS.

The 2017 Meeks Bay summer season will be from May 12th thru October 15th.
The Washoe tribe is currently accepting reservations for the 2017 season online and by phone..
We will be accepting reservations for the 2018 summer season starting Monday, May 1st at 8:00am online at www.meeksbayresort.com.
We will also be accepting phone reservations, but highly recommend our new online reservations system.

All lodging, RV sites and Tent sites will be charged a 50% deposit at time of reservation.
All balances are due two weeks before the reservation date (except the Kehlet Mansion, the balance being due two months before the reservation date).
Lodging reservations cancelled more than two weeks before the reservation date will be subject to a $75.00 cancellation fee.
Lodging reservations cancelled less than two weeks of the reservation date will be subject to 50% of the total reservation.
Reservations for the Kehlet Mansion cancelled more than two months before the reservation date will be subject to a $150.00 cancellation fee.
Kehlet reservations cancelled within two months of the reservation will be charged 50% of the total reservation.
All RV and Tent site reservations are non-refundable.
Reschedules will be permitted within the current season only, based on availability..
