She worked at Allies and Morrison Architects in London, England upon graduation and returned to the United States in 2000 and worked at Lucas Associates in Baltimore, Maryland.
From 2002 to 2005 she was employed at Muse Architects in Washington, DC, and then Cox, Graae + Spack Architects from 2005 until 2014.
In 2014 she established her own business, Menassa Architecture, LLC which focuses on custom residential and commercial architecture.
