Welcome to MESSY Dog LLC! We are a training facility located in Down Town Mankato.
We offer everything from basic Obedience and Puppy Kindergarten to competition readiness class, from tricks class to manners class, and even offer private lessons.
We'd love to meet you and your dog, and hope see you in a class soon!.

We founded MESSY Dog LLC in 2016 because we saw the need for Mankato and the surrounding communities to have easy access to a facility that promoted positive reinforcement dog training.
Both of us strongly believe in providing dogs and their owners with science-based, humane, and enjoyable dog training methods, and presenting them in a way that is understandable for owners..

We first met in 2009 in the Blue Earth and Nicollet 4-H Dog Project program, but it would be several years before we found ourselves close friends and business partners.
Our friendship grew because of a new puppy, a dog's brush with death, and a mutual desire to do better for our dogs.
The name MESSY Dog Training comes from the names of the dogs (Mya, Eden, Sammy, Snickers, tonY) who inspired us to become better trainers and owners, and we hope to pass on that inspiration to you.
