Detailed description is We meet at the Beaty gymnasium on Andrews Campus.
Mondays and Wednesdays from 6pm to 7pm.
The Mikono Yote Institute of Self-Defense and Fitness is owned by Keith Andre Lashley a certified instructor in the Israeli Krav Maga system as well as a practitioner with over 15 years experience in martial arts.
Krav Maga is one of the fastest growing martial arts in the world.
I was developed near the end of the World War II by Imichtenfeld in an effort to defend themselves against Nazi gangs.
Since then it has been used by vigilante and military groups around the world..

The purpose of our program is to provide students with the highest quality of self-defense instruction as well as physical fitness for adults as while as self-defense and assertive training for children.
The lessons are made to teach techniques that any person can use in a real life situation as well improve the overall endurance and strength of the practitioner.
