The Minnesota Car Enthusiast Club (MNCEC) was established in 2015 when a team was formed comprised of the heads of dozens of local car enthusiast groups with the goal of improving the overall Minnesota car scene.
The groups involved are location, brand, and niche based and focus on being all inclusive to get as many people in the community involved as possible as everyone has a stake in the future of the local car community..
