Detailed description is Called to serve and praise God with the gift of music! The Mission San Luis Rey Youth Choir is for all those who wish to praise God according to the rich multicultural heritage of our church.
Bring on the guitars, pianos, drums, ukeleles, bass, bells, bongos, banjos, synthesizers, wind instruments, accordions, and whatever instruments you play along with your awesome voices to praise the Lord to a variance of styles: from Taize, gregorian, modern Christian rock, reggae, etc..
You gotta be between the ages of 13-20, and have every other Wednesday night available for practice.
We sing every other week at one of the Masses; either at 5pm Saturday, 8am, 10am, 12pm (Spanish), or 5pm Sunday, so some flexibility is required.
