MCS has two Family Support Centers.
One Center is located at 1000 Wilbraham Road, Springfield, with a satellite office at 3 State Street in Westfield, and a second center located at 260 Westfield Road, Holyoke.
While the centers may have some variation in services due to available funding, population and other demographics, each center does provide the following: information and referral services, family trainings, family networking, community connections and resources, and service navigation.
Services provided through the Centers are designed to respond to the dynamic and changing needs of the individual with the disability and their family.
