We manufacture and sell frozen value added seafood products.
Our seafood cake was a spin off from our restaurant.
It was featured on our first menu when the Rainetree opened in 1991 - and it remained on the menu until the Rainetree sold in 2008.
Winter in the Poconos presents time to think about other business endeavors, so the seafood cake was produced to sell in grocery store etc.
Jim Struble was instrumental in producing & marketing our product to larger markets.
In the early years, we produced our seafood cake out of the restaurant until 2000 when land was purchased and the current production location was added.
