Photographers name for credit (if needed) .
Layout/color scheme ideas.

| PAYMENT, PROOFS & FINAL COPY | .
Digital proof will be sent via email.
I will send a Pay Pal invoice along with proof.
Please do not send money without your invoice.

Minor, unlimited revisions are free of charge (spelling, font change, etc.).
Complete redesigns will be charged half project fee, including original design fee.
Ads requiring layout of more than 6 photos will incur a flat $15 additional charge.

Invoice must be paid in full before final ad is released to customer, and must be paid via PayPal within 10 days of invoice date or ad will be forfeited.
No cash or checks.

Submission of your photos by email to PageantPress authorizes us to use them for said ad design/project of your choice.
The use of the submitted photos is at your responsibility.
PageantPress assumes you’ve purchased them from the photographer and that you received/signed a Release Form from that photographer, allowing you full rights to said photos.
Photographer is welcome to receive photo credit in any ad; please see bullet point items in ordering process list.
If you do not send a photographers name, we assume you have full rights and ownership of the images submitted to us and that photographer does not require a credit.
PageantPress cannot and will not be held liable for (at times unintended) misuse of photos.
