Parkland County is a rural municipality located immediately west of Edmonton, Alberta.
Our Animal Control Shelter is located in the Parkland County Services Building at the north end of Stony Plain, Alberta.
Our shelter houses dogs and cars that have been displaced from their homes.
Our acceptance of animals is dependent on the bylaws for the municipalities for whom we provide shelter services..

NOTE: Parkland County, with the exception of Parkland Village, does not have a cat bylaw, therefore, we are unable to house any stray cats found in Parkland County.
