It's Christmas Eve in the third smallest town in Texas, where the Lion's Club is too liberal and Patsy Cline never dies! -- and the town is abuzz with news of a mysterious "Christmas Phantom" vandalizing decorations and other Yuletide traumas, causing events to quickly spin out of control.
