Phi Delta Theta International Fraternity was founded in 1848 at Miami University in Oxford, Ohio.
The New Jersey Alpha Chapter was founded on April 23, 1988 and was recently re-installed May 16, 2009..

Phi Delt NJ Alpha has initiated over 400 brothers, our chapter GPA is in the top 5 on campus, we have had several large-scale community service and philanthropy projects- such as our fund raiser for Eric Legrand, where the chapter was able to raise $22,000 for the Legrand family- as well as the best social events offered by any fraternity.
We mix with the best sororities on campus, hold awesome brotherhood events throughout the year, and have many alumni events- where you can meet and network with our many prestigious alumni from nearly every industry..

We place a high value on scholastic achievement and overall personal development.
But we also know the importance of having a good time.
