Our organization is built off of six core values: Integrity, Lifelong Commitment, Honor and Respect, Personal and Intellectual Growth, Philanthropic Service to Others, and Sincere Friendship.
All of our members live out these values each and every day through our multiple philanthropies that we hold each semester, supporting our fellow Greeks at their events and get-togethers, and sister bonding activities..

The organization of Pi Beta Phi as a whole was founded on April 28th, 1867 by a group of 12 independent college women at Monmouth College in Illinois.
We were the first organization to be founded as a national fraternity, before the word "sorority" even existed.
