We are approximately 10 miles west of Marietta on highway 32, then about 3 miles south on highway 96.

We host all weddings, reunions and retreats.
There are 9 cabins that sleeps 4, 1 honeymoon suite and 2 houses that sleep 6 or more, all for rent.
Houses include a large 2 story house with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths.
A single story with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths..
We do trail rides that takes you around the working ranch.
Our Ranch House and Overlook are perfect for gatherings, both large and small, with the Overlook having a great scenic view of the Red River valley.
We are in the process of constructing scenic trails through the valley to the river.
