of Estes Village; 3 from Rocky Mountain National Park in beautiful Estes Park Colorado.
Encompassing over 4 acres along Fall River we are 3 miles from the Fall River Entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park and only 1 mile from dining and shopping in The Village of Estes Park..
Riverview Pines is both kid and pet friendly in a serene, pine tree shaded setting with Old Man Mountain looking down on our south side and Castle Mountain standing guard in front.
Our property features free wi-fi, guest laundry, a playground, shuffleboard, fishing, video library, outdoor games, hot tub and a large grassy commons area with picnic tables and grills.

*1 bedroom duplex cabins sleep 2 with a king bed, double sided fireplace, in room jetted tub for 2, separate bathroom with shower, TV/DVD/VCR , washer/dryer, gas grill and outdoor dining on the deck overlooking Fall River.
Nightly rates are $150 in the off season and $200 in the summer season..
*2 bedroom duplex cabins sleep 6 with a queen bed and bathroom in the first bedroom and both a queen bed and full size bed plus another bathroom in the second bedroom.
These cabins also have full kitchens, fireplaces, TV/DVD/VCR & stereo in the living area, a dining table for 6, TV’s in both bedrooms, washer/dryers, a gas grill and outdoor dining on the deck as well.
Nightly rates are $200 in the off season and $275 in the summer season..
*Rooms on the River offer a more standard hotel style experience.
