The RIRC puts on weekly group runs on Tuesdays and Thursday at 5:30 PM February - November through historic downtown Manteo.
We put on officially timed races and fun events including demo runs that involve trying out new shoes over the course of a 2 - 3 mile run provided by our vendors.
