Detailed description is A beaiutiful log cabin for rental and fishing on the Kenai River in Cooper Landing, Alaska with year long accomendations.
We have three bedrooms and two fold down couches with a sleeping capacity of 10 people.
A small living room adjacent to the kitchen with a full wrap around couch with a seating capacity of eight people.
An additional dining room adjacent to our kitchen with a seating capacity of eight people, a small couch which seats an additional three people (four TV trays if needed).
Also, upstairs adjacent to the living room is the master bedroom with one queen sized bed.
Next to the master bedroom is a bathroom with tub, shower, sink, and toilet.
Downstairs we have two additional bedrooms with a small living room and full sized bathroom.
This living room has a fold out couch, love seat and recliner.
From the downstairs living room you may step out onto the fire pit area which is located directly on the Kenai River.
Next to the fire pit is a natural cold water spring with a small tub for keeping your wine and other drinks cool while you are telling lies around the fire pit..

Also you will find a washer/dryer located downstairs..

Full size kitchen with standard size gas stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, pots/pans/bowls, dishes, utensils, glasses/cups, toaster, coffee maker, blender, cutting boards, and separate chest freezer for additional frozen food storage..

Satellite TV with sports package and an additional 100 channels.
This also includes a Sirus music selection.
A television is located in the master bedroom, upstairs living room and downstairs living room for your entertainment.
