Detailed description is The scenic Sandwich Run/Walk 5K has unbeatable views of the boardwalk, Canal, and Cape Cod Bay.
Following the race is SandwichFest street fair! The Sandwich Run/Walk 5K takes place in the quaint downtown area of Sandwich, the oldest town on Cape Cod.
With unbeatable views of the boardwalk, Cape Cod Bay, and Cape Cod Canal, it is an event for the whole family.
Top male and female finishers will receive a gift certificate to Hanlon's for a free pair of sneakers! Top finishers in each age division (female and male) will receive gift certificates to Sweet Tomatoes of Cape Cod.
Top youth finishers (male and female, age 14-18 years) will receive a 1-month membership to Mashpee/Barnstable Fitness Center.
2nd place male and female youth will receive $25 gift cards to Sweet Tomatoes, and 3rd place male and female youth will receive $10 gift cards to Sweet Tomatoes.

Day-of registration and check-in begins at 8 am, and is at Town Neck Beach's large parking lot on Wood Avenue in Sandwich.
Parking is available in the small parking lot at Town Neck Beach.
