I’ve receive my bachelors from Jacksonville State University in August 2015 in Exercise Science and Wellness and right now in their masters program working on Sports Management, So, helping others in fitness and nutrition areas has always been my dream and now I’m just trying to live it.

In June 2015 I started a journey most wouldn’t or what most would, but wouldn’t stick to it.
I took a stand and promised myself I had to change for the better weight wise.
On that day I weighed in at 402 pounds and that right there was enough for me to change and get on board to a healthy lifestyle.
As of February 2017 I weigh in at 265 pounds.
