Detailed description is Shafter Cinco De Mayo Festival will be Celebrating its 26th Year On Saturday April 29th 2017.
Join Us! On behalf of the Shafter Chamber of Commerce and Agriculture, Cinco de Mayo Committee, we wish to extend a special invitation and warm welcome to the entire community in joining us for a unique and fun celebration on Saturday, May 3rd 2014..
The downtown parade will begin at 10:00 AM.
The festivities will continue at Mannel Park immediately following the Parade.
No entry fees are required.
A day of music, dancers, children's rides, arts, crafts, information, and various activities will be available; .
along with great food booths and a mini carnival for the kids.
Festivities will continue throughout the day.
This year we will also having our first Menudo Cook Off with a cash prize awarded to the Champ..
This year we would like to welcome Classic Dreams Car Club to the Cinco de Mayo Family, they will be hosting Shafter Cinco de Mayos First annual Car Show.
All proceeds from the Car Show event will benefit Gladiators Football & Shafter Boxing Club.
We are excited to have this wonderful addition to our event and it is a great cause..
Bring your family, friends and Children and enjoy the friendly atmosphere, delicious foods, and local and professional entertainment.
Proceeds go to put on this spectacular event, and for scholarships to deserving students at Shafter High School, as well as to non-profit Youth Organizations in our community..
