Sheila is a long time restaurateur on the island.
She owned and managed the Down Under Restaurant alongside Skip Skiperdene until 1999.
In 2005 she began managing Matt and Jodie Kamins' Atlantic Coast Café.
In between she owned and operated a bed and breakfast in Waves.
Now with the opening of her very own place the whole family is behind the counter.
