Detailed description is Your local food truck restaurant I was born and raised in Winter Haven, Florida.
My family is from Hickory, North Carolina.
My whole life I grew up with the intention of going to med school to become a doctor.
I went to college and got my A.S.
in sports medicine and interned for one year with the chief of surgery at Celebration Health in Kissimmee, Florida.
I have always been in the food industry from dishwasher to cocktail waitress after spending time in college and going to school for my bachelor's degree.
I came to the realization that I do love to cook and have been cooking since I was 14 years old in my mom's kitchen, who is a great southern food cook.
I've even always been taking care of my mom through her illnesses and been there through long nights at the hospital .
I've been cooking for her at her own places for 6 years now and I finally had the opportunity to get my own, a food truck.
I would love to be able to make enough money in my hometown to open up an actual restaurant with all our homemade goodies I grew up eating and learning how to make myself.
