Detailed description is The Town of Oyen opened the new Shirley McClellan Aquatic Centre pool facility to the public in 2005.
The facility includes a junior Olympic size pool, zero depth entry, water slide, lazy river, and a water umbrella.

The Aquatic building consists of a Mens and Womens change room with lockers, showers and washroom.
There is also a Family and Handicap changeroom both with showers and washroom..
The facility is used for swimming lessons, public swimming, aqua fit classes, and Rentals.
