We pride ourselves on accurate and professional training in the field of mixology.
At STSB you learn the Art of Mixology while you learn to become an independent professional bartender.
We are a privately owned and operated business with over 13 years of combined experience in the bartending, bar management, food and beverage industry.
Our vast knowledge in the service industry gives our students the opportunity to work in any environment..

All the classes at STSB are taught behind an actual bar.
The bar consists of speed racks, assorted glassware, sinks, bar stools, ice machine, spill mats, and so much more.
Our four hour classes cover every specific area with topics including drink recipes, free pouring, terminology, and bar set-up.
Each day students will practice each of the areas to enhance their ability to remember and pour with little to no effort; as well as being able to run a bar more efficiently..
